One on One with Rocky

Rocky and I both miss Charlie. His absence has changed many aspects of our routine and our environment. The biggest change is that Rocky no longer has a canine playmate or companion.

To fill this void I’ve been spending more time with Rocky by including him in everything I do. I love this one-on-one relationship with him and honestly don’t want to give it up. I’ve always wanted a one-dog situation with a dog like Rocky who would join me for workouts and tag along for outings.

Rocky is enough for me but I’m simply not enough for him. I’m trying to make this work because this is what I really want. But Rocky is telling me that he needs something else. Something only another dog can provide.
